The following students have been elected as McMurry University Student Government officers for the 2015-16 academic year.

The following students have been named to the Fall 2015 Dean's List at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have maintained at least a 3.5 grade point average while taking 12 or more credit hours. Students earning recognition for the Dean's List are:

More than 1,300 students were included on the Harding University dean's list for grades achieved during the fall 2015 semester.

On Nov. 15, 95 students were inducted in to Harding University's chapter of Alpha Chi Honor Society.

Founded in 1991, the Fort Lewis College Environmental Center (EC) is a campus organization committed to working for environmental sustainability and social justice both at Fort Lewis College and in the Durango community. More than 75 students in the doctor of physical therapy program at University of the Sciences received a white coat at the 11th Annual Physical Therapy White Coat Ceremony on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015. The White Coat Ceremony is an annual rite of passage for fourth-year students in USciences' six-year PT program.

Nearly 800 graduates received diplomas at Harding University's commencement exercises on May 9, 2015.

The Fall 2015 semester welcomed new transfer and freshmen students from all over the country to Durango, Colorado.

Selection for this award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a "C" and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the spring of 2015.

The International Programs Office at Fort Lewis College offers many different opportunities to study abroad: Exchange, Direct Enrollment or Study Abroad. Additional programs offered on campus are either faculty led or sponsored by a faculty member via independent study.

Several area residents received merit scholarships to attend Fort Lewis College for the Fall 2014 semester. These merit scholarships are renewable for up to 120 credits if criteria are met. Fort Lewis College also offers several other scholarships, including grants, the Finish in Four! Scholarship, FLC Foundation scholarships, alumni scholarships, departmental scholarships, Native American scholarships, and outside scholarships.
